The Windsor Championship Dog Show 2023

The DoggyLush team had a fabulous day out at The Windsor Championship Dog Show. This is a yearly event running over four days and is a Crufts Qualifying Show run under the Kennel Club rules and regulations with both national and international entrants.

Hound and Utility Groups and Best in Show

Daily Arrangement

Each day showcases specific breed groups and we attended on the day for Hounds And Utility. A huge grooming section circled by many small show and judging areas are conveniently located under large marquees ensuring that neither rain nor too hot sunshine interferes with the showcasing and judging.

Stalls encompass the site selling everything for dogs and humans alike. This is a super friendly and well organised event which showcases both a wonderful range of dogs and their owners in their best light.

The Dogs

We got to say hi to so many lovely dogs both competitions and family dogs just out for a day of fun with their owners. A big shout out to Victoria the wolfhound, who enthusiastically threw herself at and on! our feet for a belly rub and Herman the Bassett hound, who easily, in our opinion, won the top award for the longest softest ears!
